Aphrodite 1,743 Report post Posted October 25, 2015 I know how you feel about Ebay but have bought from this place before and they do stand behind there stuff and ship good dated tires out, they are usually only a year old or so. Have gotten 2 year old tire but never no where near 3 years. IMO good deal if it could be beat somewhere else or whatever thought I would throw it out there. http://www.ebay.com/itm/HONDA-CBR1100XX-BLACKBIRD-TWO-CONTINENTAL-SPORT-TOURING-RADIAL-M-C-TIRE-SET-/310989145967?hash=item486865c76f:m:m3NTp5nhcOiyX2xhD5BrmpQ&vxp=mtr

lunchbox 5 Report post Posted January 9, 2016 Anyone tried these tires before? Thinking about picking up a set, wonder how they compare to the Q3's?
bud 660 Report post Posted January 9, 2016 Anyone tried these tires before? Thinking about picking up a set, wonder how they compare to the Q3's? I always liked them. Always gave consistent feel through the wear. Performed well in the wet also. Best of all they were cheap.
mangosmoothie 1,819 Report post Posted February 11, 2016 buy a set of metzelers for a $50 prepaid card The M7RR should be excellent for back roads. Probably sits in between a Power Supersport and a Q3. The Z8's are the T30/PR4 equivalent. https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/l/2016-Metzeler-Feb-Apr-Rebate-Info?il_medium=Main-MetzelerRebate&il_source=Tires I can't tell if you can mix and match or not and still get the rebate If I didn't just buy a pilot road 4 front a couple months ago, I'd be all over this. Speed 3,310 Report post Posted March 1, 2016 I have two sets waiting to be mounted (because I'm lazy) but who knows, if the weather changes and we ride more, I may need some by May (end of the rebate).

Speed 3,310 Report post Posted May 25, 2016 Rocky Mountain and Jake Wilson are one in the same, they both have the same address. If my memory is correct Rocky has a option to buy both front and rear in a package I remember Rocky Mountain easier than Jake Wilson for some reason... I wasn't that good in Geography at school but I don't know many Jakes
DemonDuck 189 Report post Posted May 25, 2016 I use Motorcycle Superstore a bunch for tires. They are usually a great price the shipping is quick and all. I check everyone when shopping for tires but most of the time end up going to Motorcycle Superstore. With Dunlop having the $40 rebate and all the Q3s are hard to beat right now.

jjester 2,059 Report post Posted June 1, 2016 I usually use, https://www.jakewilson.com/they almost always have to best deal on the Michelin PP2 and PR2 I run. But I might have to start doing some additional shopping, http://www.thevisorshop.com/ they were doing good for price until (Shipping to United States: $175.55) Took a look at https://www.denniskirk.com, they had the best price until check out. Then they add at a minimum $20 for shipping and then they are a dollar over Jake with out the shipping cost.
Aphrodite 1,743 Report post Posted June 1, 2016 Jake does free shipping at least on tires over $75.00 and 3 day shipping same as Motorcycle Superstore.
Steve 36 Report post Posted September 8, 2016 Wow! https://www.jakewilson.com/rocks!!! I bought a tire two months ago. Today I receive a email saying the price as dropped, so I get a in store credit. That is a very nice way of telling you they overcharged you the first time Nice to some companies coming clean like that. I sell a lot of stuff on eBay and can relate with that mentality. There are cases where the actual shipping is a lot less than I billed, I send the customer the difference back. Good way to do business IMO.

Speed 3,310 Report post Posted March 21, 2017 I need to figure out something with the new bike on tires. It's at a little over 1900 miles and the rear needs to be replaced and the front is getting close. I have a set or two of Pirellis but after that I may change. The tires that came on it were great but they did not last.
