2018 Challenge

Start: 230

Current: 223

Goal: 180 by May '18

 

I'm going to do the Atkins again, but I'm not starting until I eat up all the other stuff I have in the house. So far I quit drinking (except for social get togethers) a few weeks ago. Started on the elliptical less than two weeks ago and started cutting down food intake about the same time. I should be able to get started on the Atkins next week. I feel pretty good that I've already lost 7 pounds without officially starting my diet. :)

After riding all day Sunday my body was aching for 4 whole days. I need to start working out and get a  better core and stamina. I will start slow and build on that.

Was about 210 when Dozer posted the first chalenge .

 

Now down to below my goal weight and holding at 170 :D

Hit the second milestone at 217.5 where I caught and passed Dozer and Mike and put them in my rear view mirror. You guys need to pick up the pace! :)

Shit pie!  Just kidding.  My weight just won't drop.  I'm on the modified Atkins diet where I get all the protein plus extra carbs.  Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong...

OK, I am in on this again.  Have a new motivation, my daughter is getting married in June, I want to have a smaller waistline that I have  now.

Current: 233.2

Goal: 210 by June '18

I was down to 175 begining of this year.  I'm back up to 195 now.  After first the year I'm back on the atkins and get back to some sort of light daily workout again.  Not looking forward to it :unsure:
