Finally got out today.

I can understand. The only thing that helped me was Bud being there. I know you are saying they don't have the bags but get your bike with a note on the sales contract regarding the bags and whatever else you are missing. At least you will have the bike.

They sold me the bike that wasn't even in the same state and promised delivery that they couldn't keep.

That's how that place works.

I just feel so stupid. I have had two prior experiences with them and they were bad as well. I should have known. At least I can laugh at myself... Ed just sent this from Neihaus...

It's like the Camping World of motorcycle stores. That was a one time experience for me for sure. Shady as hell.

Volume dealers don't give a shit. Some are lucky enough not to have the full shit experience but a large majority do.

Yeah even when I was there I tried to get on them about Khaled and Todd's bikes being ready for them. They really didn't seem to care what so ever. That's one of the main reasons that I left. You can't sit up there and tell people how important their business is to you and turn around and not make an effort to fix the issue. The Chris guy you speak of is a major problem there and he is their subject matter expert the service manager looks to. I can't even begin to tell you all the shady things they pull on customers. And employees.

I saw that bike same color at the kc powersports dealer a couple days ago.  I couldnt stop looking at it

What is it about matte colors that just make a bike look so much more awesome?

Sorry to hear about the displeasure at bsc :(

I've only bought my little z from them, and it was a positive experiance, course it was just a little bike, already sitting there on the floor, ready to ride out the door.

Kinda hard to mess that up.  I coulda just as well bought it from home depot.

Unbelievable,  I don't see why people return there to buy again.

Yes! I went up to Hardin and back.  It was great. Love the sixth gear.

I understand. If it wasn't for that gear I'd probably be riding a new ST1300.

Between the color and the extra gear it's tempting to trade up but I don't think I can justify it.
