Helpful YouTube channel

Recommended Posts

I've been watching their videos for a while, and they’re very informative. I figured I'd share this since more of the members are starting to go to the track.

Their channel is Life at Lean.

This is one of their videos.

A Very Good Video

At California Superbike School Keith Code put gold stars on your helmet visor at the outside corner of your eyes.

The stars purpose is for you to use a Wide view of the track as stated in the video. Keep your head up look through the corner but,Do Not focus on any one point.

Use your wide view to see your turn in point while looking thru the corner, the apex and corner exit all the while looking down the track as stated in the video.

As stated Almost No Surprises since you have a Wide View of the track.

Try it,you'll Like It !!

I think wider vision as Gene says is better but I also think fatigue leads to a smaller concentration window.

One time I target fixated and off the track I went. This was the first Motorcycle track event at National Corvette Museum, back in 2014. I looked at the grass and off I went. I looked at the rock and ran right over it, bending the front wheel :BangHead:
