For the past 4 weeks i have had a nagging lower back pain which I’m going through physical therapy and taking Advil for it.

I have never had this issue and i don’t know if riding would make it worse or be helpful. Any thoughts?

I’m doing all different kind of stretches. I know i will heal and it will take time. I just wanted to know if anyone still rides even though they are in pain.

Scary part is I might have to give up riding sports bikes for their riding position. Have to wait and see how FJ09 feels.

No pain... No gain...

Additionally, look into seeing a Chiropractor and all the way down to having your feet/shoes checked out 🏁

Last time I did shovel snow I had heart attack 2 of three so now Lean Lady takes care of it or I just drive my 4x4 truck with studded snow tires.

Shouldn’t the Goldwing be the one parked in the front to ride? 😁

Given my portly physique, I could barely get my car door open that way...
